No, that's overkill: CIN I is just the very first stage of abnormality and studies have shown that it often reverses itself during long term MD monitoring. If there are other GYN related problems such as recurrent ovarian cysts, abnormal pap smears , endometriosis or pain then consideration can be given to more definitive surgery like hysterectomy. Otherwise, that surgery would be gross overkill at this stage.
