Depends: what does the pain feel like. What are you doing when it comes on. Does it change with position, movement or being still, do you have any fevers or rashes or anything else. Do you feel well. What work do you do, any family history of cancers or bone infections, have pains anywhere else. All of these answers help me figure out what it could be

Nonspecific: This symptom is nonspecific and more information about it is needed. It could be musculoskeletal, urinary tract or referred pain from a prostate disorder. It would be helpful to know whether motions of the spine affect it or whether there are any urinary symptoms or discomfort radiating into your leg. An abdominal aneurysm would be unlikely at your age. See a physician for evaluation and diagnosis
