Tough issue: Women in particular have persistent issues with hair loss despite appropriate thyroid doses, particularly when also post menopausal and aging. Hose ever, there are scalp conditions that can affect your hair follicles in a patchy distribution, so I suggest you discuss this with your doctor and possibly a Dermatologist if needed.
