Hypothyroidism: A high TSH indicates that your thyroid hormone level is still low. Levothyroxine needs to be adjusted by your doctor and checked 6 weeks after adjustment. It is also important to check Free T4 to monitor thyroid treatment. Hair problems are common in thyroid problems but there are also other causes. See your doctor to determine the cause.
