Torn adductor/ham: With this type of injury and bruising, I often think first of a partial tear of the groin/adductor or hamstring tendons or muscles. It would be wise to try and get a definitive diagnosis and receive a plan for rehab, recovery time and return-to-play recommendations. It may take several months to heal.
