Is there a transnasal endoscope that allows visual of esophagus, stomach and large intestine all in one procedure?

No. Endoscopy is usually either upper GI or lower GI. Covering the whole GI tract with one instrument and one procedure is not feasible. The choice of procedure would depend on your symptoms and other clinical information. Wish you good health!
