Hi, mistakenly ate a ricinus seed which i thought was a pinto bean. they look exactly alike. don't feel any different but the back of the package says to consult a doctor if eaten. only ate about 1/10th of the seed before i noticed. m i going 2 u no?

No: If you were going to get any toxic effect from the bean, you would not have been writing the question. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
