If indeed it is-: -tarsal tunnel, there's nothing U can do @ home. If the symptoms R minimal, there R options such as NSAIDS, if able 2 take them, injections, but if interfering with Ur ADL' s, the only other option is surgery. Consult a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon, sports med, or foot & ankle ortho.

Varies: If it is recurrent tarsal tunnel syndrome and if it is related to recent activities, possibly a period of time with rest, elevation, ice, and possibly an NSAID may be helpful; also good to wear well fitting shoe wear that is too tight. If not better, don't hesitate to be seen.
