Cold /sleep: Consider elevating head of bed with pillow under matress about 30 degrees , Also consider benedryl 12.5 mg prior to bed for short term 1 week to 10 days to dry up secretions . Discuss with doc also discuss use of astelin, (azelastine) f/u / w /doc
