F/U with your Doctor: This problem (a lesion on your pancreas) needs to be addressed in the office by a knowledgeable Dr. Their are too many possible issues for the internet to be the proper forum to resolve this issue. The lesion on the pancreas might not have anything to do with your bloated abdomen (or it could). Place your care in the hands of a physician you trust.

Possible cancer: As an oncologist I'm biased toward looking for cancer, and I hate to tell you that I am very concerned by your CT report. Your doctor may want to do a biopsy. If so, it will tell you if you have pancreatic cancer. This can be cured depending on the size and whether it had spread outside the pancreas. Best of luck to you whatever the cause!
