Right now, nothing: If the OB MD, who did the ultrasound, found other possible abnormalities indicative of a major problem, then the "thin stomach wall" result would have more meaning. If your daughter is still concerned, have her ask the sonographer if there is any significance. Otherwise, the baby will be fully evaluated by the Pediatrician/Neonatologist after delivery.
