Unlikely: Infectious mononucleosis due to EB virus has been implicated in dysautonomia. I'm not aware of dysautonomia being linked to other viruses. Dysautonomia/ virus: Viruses are varied and we don't know everything about them or the immunologic responses that follow ( ie the neurologic issues w/ West Nile and Zika and Guilliam Barre) so it is possible. Would follow up with your doc since sympathetic system is part of nervous system. A tilt table test will detect abnormal symptathetic cardiac responses f/u w/ doc or cardiologist
