A member asked:

Will running lower catecholamine level? i produce high levels of catecholamine. the reason is still unknown after testing for abnormal mass in glands.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Reduced stress: Stress increases catecholamines, and running or other exercise may help reduce stress and lower catechols. You may also try yoga, relaxation techniques, or other stress-reducing treatments.
