I had an ultrasound of thyroid in that its showing bialateral midly heterogeneous lobes od thyroid gland and no mass lession in either lobe of thyroid gland but my blood work shows normal levels and my doc said no need to take medicine please help?

I had a CT scan done of my neck and it showed Nonspecific calcification within the left lobe of the thyroid gland. But when an ultrasound was sent it came out as all normal. I do not understand?
