See a doctor : That's probably not the answer you want, but it's the right one for the situation you describe. Fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea could be caused by a number of things. Many will get better on their own but some need to be treated and there is no way to know which without good old fashioned medical care. Call and make an appointment. If the pain is severe or you are dehydrated, consider the ER.
