One : One possible cause is severe constipation/ obstipation. The feces is transitting far too slowly through the intestines. As a result there can be overabsorption of fluids through the intestines which leads to dry, hard feces. Recommend trying to drink at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day, at least five servings of vegetables, four servings of fruit and to try to reduce junk food. In addition move your body, walking at least 20 minutes per day can help to keep your bowels moving.
