Had strong bounding pulse for months then today woke up and could not feel pulse as strong. bpm was 58, normal bp 21 yrs old. did heart correct itself?

Possible: If your heart rate was rapid it is possible you may have supraventricular tachycardia. The best way to assess that to get an ECG at the time of symptom or have a holter monitor if it happens again. I suggest to discuss this with a cardiologist.
