I have lower back spasm and a burning sensation for some time now.. i've gone to a back doctor and they injected cortizone (hydrocortisone) shots but it didnt help.

PT: There is an emerging consensus that if OTC pain relievers don't work, physical therapy should be the next step for back pain. Injections, cryotherapy and radio ablation should probably be last resort measures short of surgery
