Unlikely: unlike benzodiazepines the tricyclics like Trazadone do not have the same mechanism of action an do not have withdraw effects

Unlikely: Trazodone is used for sleep in 50-100 mg dose as needed. If you been on 150 mg daily for while some withdraw symptoms may happen id stopped abruptly. Consider lower dose " tapper off " for next few days ( 50 mg / day). Discuss w your MD. other option snd sleep hygiene, sleep study.
