I take 100 mg a night of trazadone for sleep. will i have withdraws when i stop taking it?

Unlikely: Everyone is different, so i can't say in your particular case. But in general trazodone does not have a discontinuation (withdrawal) syndrome. I've stopped even higher doses in my patients without ill effect.
