Vitamin D: Just exposing your arms is unlikely to do much good, especially if your location is not in summer. If your skin is dark you need even more sun exposure to make D. Please have your D level tested by your doc and if it is low consider supplementing w/vitamin D3 capsules. Peace and good health.
