Pop it....: The healing process will be accelerated if you deflate the blister, preferably with a sterile needle, and use hydrogen peroxide to cleanse the area several times daily. Should heal in a short time. You also need to explore why you got this bite, i.e. Your bed, and laundering all linens may be in order including mattress cover, sheets and pillow cases.

Bed bugs: You can take antihistamines if you feel itchy. Topical steroid creams can be used on lesions. For a severe allergic reaction to bites – please seek medical evaluation and treatment. Popped blisters can sometimes become infected.
