My 16 month old has been sleeping 16-17hrs a day for about 2 weeks now, when he's up he's very irritable and holds his head/jaw. i'm worried?

Irritabilty: If he is irritable and holds his head or jaw, it is good to get him checked by a physician to make sure there is no trauma or infection to the jaw . Also sometimes, if there is infection to the tooth, a child can seem irritable as well. A physician evaluation is necessary.
