Have dull pain in right testicle & dull pain or tightness in area from testicle to lower abdomen area. have had this for roughly 2 wks and never had ?

Testslgia: You are describing testslgia which is a pain in the testicle. Can come from inflammation , hernia, or often no specific cause can be found. Testicular cancer is less likely in someone your age. Should see a urologist for exam.

Is R testicle harder: If right testicle feels rock hard relative to left one or is tender when you pal pâté it, you need to see a doctor. Could be anything from infection, inflammation, cancer, or just a cyst or muscle ache after working out ( the latter wouldn't last 2 weeks, however). As this is persistent, you need to get a physical exam. If it already got better on its own and you are back to normal, you are ok
