OK: Yes. in addition also use other precautions to minimize reflux symptoms, such as avoiding large greasy meals, staying upright for at least an hour or so after meals, minimizing caffeine intake, stop smoking if you smoke, avoid eating too late in the evenings, lose weight if you are overweight, I guess you get the point.
