Need more info: Does the rash itch or burn? If itching, it is likely an allergic contact reaction for which topical hydrocortisone for a few days may help (avoid getting into the eyes). If burning, it is likely from an irritant. Whatever it is , you will need to pinpoint the agent causing it (facial products). If problem persists, see your doctor.
