Depends....: If your partner has a normal semen analysis and the two of you have no problems with intercourse then adding in a second IUI provides you with only a minimal increase in conception chances. Some cases where a second IUI is beneficial: 1. first IUI sample is poor 2. he cannot complete intercourse with ejaculation (or has erection problem) or 3. same sex couple with only exposure to sperm being IUI
