No: Perhaps this question is raised because of the "lipoma" part of the name might suggest "lipid" or fat. And, of course, cholesterol is a lipids. Indeed these benign, though not entirely harmless, tumors of the kidney are composed of blood vessels (angio), smooth muscle cells (myo) and fat calls (lipoma) but they are not related to the fat cholesterol.
