Naseptin: is an antibiotic and disinfectant. It is used to treat and prevent infections in the nose. As you note, you place a small amount of cream on the tip of your little finger and carefully apply it inside one nostril and repeat for the other nostril. You can deposit the cream right inside the nostril and then gently rub the outside of your nose to try to move the medicine up a little further in.
