Hard to understand: what you're asking here. Vaginismus is an internal reaction to something being inserted. If you got internal spasms from external play it probably means that your uterus is contracting from a strong orgasm. Usually this passes quickly. You have had some bladder and kidney problems, so if this is lasting I would seek medical attention for it. Meanwhile, very warm baths might help relax you.
