I would suggest 2 likely -to help solutions. First you should have a pelvic examination by a gynecologist(female preferably) to make sure that you female parts are normal and healthy. Secondly you should practice relaxation exercises whenever you feel tense or anxious. Breathing exercises is a form of muscle relaxation which you can practice anytime you feel anxious or tense.
