Trauma: Vaginal swelling and pain after intercourse is common but not normal. This usually occurs when the lubrication is poor. Look for cuts or tears. Ice packs can decrease swelling. See a gyn: Could be allergic reaction, could be abrasions, could be herpes but you would not break out that fast unless u had been exposed before last night, u need to see a gyn, would recommend warm tub with a powder called instant ocean 8 tablespoons in the tub, is soothing until u know what is going on, if it is that bad and u dont have a gyn then go to the er.
