Depends: Depends entirely on type of spine fractire a stable compression fracture with no neuroloc symptoms can be treated with a brace or bed rest, kyphoplasty is an excellent option to quickly get you back to where you where before the fracture. What level is the fracture work with and trust your spine physicians or change them the complicated nuances can't possibly be delt with in this forum.
