You should: evaluate the status of KYPHOPLASTY which was introduced a number of years ago to treat compression fractures! Hope this helps and BTW Physical Therapy may be a good start! Dr Z

Time: Assuming it is in good position, simply giving it time to heal would be treatment of choice. It is pretty rare to have a fracture occur within an area of the spine that has already been fused, so you would want to make sure the diagnosis is correct and that you are followed fill it is clearly resolved.
