Fusion: There are many ways to perform ac usion they all jhve the same goal which is to join two vertebrae to form one block of bone this grosly involves removing cartilage tidssue and adding bon material to bridge space left by cartilage removal removing gaps and keeping stillso solid bone can form keeping still is accomplished with bed rest or cast brace historically nowadays we buiild an internal frame.
