Diet Pills are: Dangerous w/out guidance from your doctor. Better to work on creating an overall health lifestyle. "Disease Proof" by David Katz is a good book to help do this. Don't measure self-worth by the number on the scale but by the type of person you are even if others do. Peace and good health.
