Deep breathing and..: Obviously panic attacks are frightening but it will go away. The first thing I would recommend is slow deep breathing. You might try a technique called 4:7:8 breathing that is easy to learn- see http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/VDR00160/Dr-Weils-Breathing-Exercises-4-7-8-Breath.html Sometimes panic can be caused by low blood sugar or dehydration so also have some water with fruit or some juice.
