Hypoglicemia: Low blood sugar can arouse feelings of anxiety and therefore are related to your panic attacs .Best is to consult with your GP to obtain a glucose tolerance test and diagnose a proper cause for it. In the interim is better to eat small amounts at more frequent times. Your anxiety levels will come down .
