Book for panic: An oldie but goodie book called "hope and help for your nerves" has helped many who have dealt with panic attacks. If that is what you experienced, the book may help. If they continue, a clinical psychologist can help you deal with the very treatable situation. The fear that it may happen again is the real issue. Remember that panic attacks by their nature are self-limiting. Lots of hope.
