Laser lipo? really do something like it claims or bogus waste of money?

Some are excellent: It depends on what you mean. Lasers like smart lipo where they laser the fat melting it then sucking out that fat in a liposuction surgery are effective and must be done by a properly trained surgeon. Other non invasive systems that work are not lasers but either radio frequency ( exillis) or chilling the fat killing it ( cool sculpt) they work fairly well ,zeltiq not as goo , a lot of tratments'
