Maybe: If your ideal body weight is 110 and you are 20 lbs over that then you are close to the clinical definition of obesity which is 20% over your ideal body weight. If you are very muscular and large boned then that would be a different story and you may be near ideal. Check your bmi on a height/weight insurance table available on line for an estimate of what is appropriate for you.
