Can decending colon calcification be harmful? am 23 my pth and ca phasporous test r normal.

Unlikely: Unlikely that there will be calcification of just the descending colon itself more likely some residual food products with high calcium content. In absence of symptoms (that is what I am assuming) a follow up with a physician is recommended. IF symptoms, need to be pursued with a physician competent in these issues.
