In a normal child...: Resting heart rates and exercising heart rates can be like those numbers, in a normal child. That being said, having those "numbers in the normal range" does not confirm anything about a child's health status (they're just numbers). If there are worries, a parent can bring them up at the annual check-up, or make an extra appointment sooner to talk about them.
