Tympanoplasty: It is normal to have popping another sounds in your year after the surgery. Typically, there is some fluid in the middle ear from the surgery and packing material to help stabilize the graft. Sounds are amplified and you will often hear yourself swallowing. Sometimes you will hear ringing.
