About weights...: Each person is unique, and there is a healthy range for one's weight, but not an ideal weight. For an average, young to middle-aged woman, one can start with 100 pounds for the first 5 feet in height, and add 5 pounds for each additional inch. Thus, a 5' 2" woman would be fine at 110 pounds. That is 100 + 10 = 110 pounds.
