Probably no and no: A yeast infection can cause inflammation of the urethra and certainly make urination more painful. A UTI can certainly cause you to urinate more frequently because your bladder is irritated and wants to stay as empty as possible. A UTI has no effect on the accuracy of a pregnancy test.
