A member asked:

What are the most common steroid creams prescribed in the us for phimosis issues?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Good penile hygiene, treatment of any co-existent bacterial or fungal infection, and higher potency topical steroid creams by prescription applied twice daily for up to 4 weeks accompanied by gentle retraction "may" be helpful in resolving phimosis. Betamethasone dipropionate 0.05%-0.1%; Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1%-0.5%; and Clobetasol propionate 0.05% creams most commonly used in my experience.
