Not IBD: IBD had no relation with anorectal infections , yes it can form anal fistula ( which is better than spreading retro-peritonially ) You may still have infection that need to be drained see your surgeon. Supra-levetor infection is more complex issue , than common infra-spenctoric infection which could be drained easily in the office.
