A box fell from the wardrobe and hit my wife on the head she did not get knocked out but her head is now sore and she is getting intermittent headache?

Go to closest A&E: Anything falling on body part can cause soreness but intermittent headache is worrisome for bleeding in brain, especially if change in function or level of consciousness, and/or accompanied by nausea & vomiting. Without any more details, most conservative recommendation is to get her to closest A&E for imaging & evaluation. While I don't want to be an alarmist, it's better safe than sorry.
