Both arms seemed discolored. it's been 2 months now and they wont heal. there's no flaky patches they are all flat. could this be skin cancer?

Med check up: Since your skin lesions are persistent, you need to have a medical check up with your PCP or with a skin specialist(Dermatologist). It is not possible to guess what is wrong, without examination and some tests if needed. But go see a doctor first.
